8. Free shipping

Free standard shipping applies to orders of €10 or more. The checkout will display any shipping charge before payment. Because the current products in our store are priced above this threshold, standard shipping is currently free on ordinary product orders, subject to any checkout-specific exception that is clearly disclosed before purchase.

9. Returns, withdrawal, refunds, and faulty goods

Our Return Policy forms part of these Terms. We offer a 14-day return/withdrawal period beginning on the day you receive the goods, subject to the conditions and legally permitted exceptions described in the Return Policy.
