Terms of service

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://zorana-toronto.com and purchases from Zorana LLC, doing business as Zorana Toronto (“Zorana”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to you cannot be excluded by these Terms.

1. About us

The contracting seller is Zorana LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, Company Number 2026-002047342. Our business contact details are set out at the end of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and use of the website

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and not to misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

3. Product information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, manufacturing batches, or other normal variations. Measurements may have reasonable tolerances. Product descriptions, materials, sizing information, and images should be reviewed before purchase. If an item you receive is materially different from its description, your statutory rights are not affected.

4. Prices, currencies, taxes, and promotions

Prices are shown in the currency selected or displayed on the website. The final price, applicable taxes, discounts, and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Currency conversion may cause small differences depending on the payment provider or card issuer.

Promotional prices, compare-at prices, discounts, limited-time offers, and availability statements apply only as stated on the website and may change prospectively. We aim to ensure that promotional claims and reference prices are accurate and not misleading. Obvious pricing or technical errors may be corrected before an order is accepted; if an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and provide the options required by applicable law.

5. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfillment for legitimate reasons such as suspected fraud, payment failure, stock unavailability, shipping restrictions, an obvious pricing error, or other legal or operational reasons. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item(s).

6. Payment

Payment must be made using a payment method offered at checkout. Payment services are provided by third-party payment processors. You authorize the applicable processor to charge the amount shown at checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.

7. Shipping and delivery

Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms. Processing and delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery is available only to destinations offered at checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us promptly if you discover an address error; we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters fulfillment.

8. Free shipping

Free standard shipping applies to orders of €10 or more. The checkout will display any shipping charge before payment. Because the current products in our store are priced above this threshold, standard shipping is currently free on ordinary product orders, subject to any checkout-specific exception that is clearly disclosed before purchase.

9. Returns, withdrawal, refunds, and faulty goods

Our Return Policy forms part of these Terms. We offer a 14-day return/withdrawal period beginning on the day you receive the goods, subject to the conditions and legally permitted exceptions described in the Return Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights relating to faulty, damaged, unsafe, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods.

10. Cancellations before shipment

If you wish to cancel an order before shipment, contact info@zorana-toronto.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate the request, but cancellation is not guaranteed once the order has entered processing or fulfillment. Any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right that applies to you remains unaffected.

11. Duties, customs, and import charges

For cross-border orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may be imposed by the destination country. Where we collect such amounts at checkout, they will be shown before payment. Where they are not collected by us, local authorities or carriers may assess them on delivery. Any treatment required by applicable consumer law will take precedence over this clause.

12. Customer accounts

If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

13. Intellectual property

The website, branding, text, graphics, layout, and other content owned or licensed by us are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, exploit, or distribute protected content except as permitted by law or with the rights holder’s permission.

14. Third-party services and links

The store relies on third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, suppliers, fulfillment partners, logistics providers, and other technology providers. The website may also contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that are outside our control, but this does not reduce any responsibility we have to you under mandatory consumer law for the sale of goods.

15. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the website to:

·        violate applicable law or the rights of others;

·        transmit malware, malicious code, or harmful automated traffic;

·        attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;

·        scrape, harvest, or misuse personal information contrary to law;

·        engage in fraudulent transactions, chargeback abuse, or other deceptive conduct; or

·        interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Please review that policy together with any cookie or privacy-choice notices shown on the website.

17. Disclaimer and warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We do not exclude or limit any warranty, guarantee, condition, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to product conformity, safety, title, and acceptable quality where such rights apply.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer remedies.

19. Indemnity for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the website or material breach of these Terms. This clause does not apply to ordinary consumer claims arising from a purchase.

20. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, transportation disruption, carrier interruption, customs delay, natural disasters, government action, widespread network failure, or similar events. We will take reasonable steps to minimize the effect of such events. Mandatory rights relating to delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively from the date posted and do not retroactively change the terms governing an order already accepted, except where required by law.

22. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that this choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that apply under the law of the consumer’s country, state, province, or territory. Any dispute forum or remedy required by mandatory consumer law remains available to you.

23. Severability and entire agreement

If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and information presented at checkout, form the agreement governing your use of the store and purchases, subject to mandatory law.
